Pipeline · 7 steps

From source to inbox

  1. 1

    Daily scan of 30 sources

Every night we automatically pull what is new from 30 regulatory sources - from Sejm and Dziennik Ustaw to EUR-Lex and DG ENER. Full list below.

  2. 2

    Keyword filter

First layer: we let through only what concerns biogas, biomethane, cogeneration, fermentation, biocomponents. We exclude obvious noise (offshore, nuclear, coal).

  3. 3

    Contextual check

Second layer: ambiguous cases (for example an MKiŚ notice about OZE) are checked by a quick filter for their real relevance to someone in the biogas sector.

  4. 4

    Summary in plain language

Every relevant document goes to our tool, which writes 2-3 sentences to the point - why it matters for a biogas plant, in the language of the sector.

  5. 5

    Importance classification

Each item is given a category: Top priority (requires a decision), New programmes and deadlines (applications/auctions), Worth knowing (context), From the EU (European acts).

  6. 6

    Email at 8:00

The brief reaches your inbox before your first coffee. Responsive HTML plus a plain-text fallback. Every item links to the original - you can verify it in 10 seconds.

1 key change for biogas and biomethane

Worth knowing

ORLEN launches an HVO unit - 300,000 tonnes of biofuels a year from local feedstock

ORLEN has launched an HVO unit in Płock with a capacity of 300,000 tonnes of biofuels a year (an investment of over PLN 800m), based on local plant feedstock. For the biogas/biomethane sector it is a signal that ORLEN is focusing its biofuels strategy on HVO rather than biomethane - which may affect project prioritisation and competition for feedstock.
